The hard part is getting them to understand they are a strategic buyer. This is because you as an entrepreneur have identified and defined a market they did not even know existed. Unfortunately, you have to scale the wall of corporate arrogance that causes them to believe if there was a market, they would have already found it. Basically, your discovery is their failing, and there are far too many in the corporate world that are content to being mediocre and unchallenged.
