NOT HOTDOG

I found myself backed into another conversation with another boomer liberal about Joe Biden, all this person could talk about was Trump, Trump, and more Trump.

I just sat back and watched the show as I have had many experiences with these types of personalities.

Examples include when a born-again Christian finds out that you are an Atheist and they are convinced they are going to convert you or one of my favorites as an ex-smoker, the asshole who interrupts your smoke break with preaching, coughing and piousness as they express their concern for YOUR health.

I sat, listened to what they were saying until it looked like they were winding down and then I smiled and asked, “What Do YOU want me to do?”

They responded, “Vote for Biden, of course!” Delivered with that oh so familiar aroma of entitlement and piousness.

I started to explain AGAIN why this is difficult considering he is genocidally adjacent, but then I stopped that thought process of logic overtook and I heard the internal alarm of “ZEALOTS DON’T THINK, DANGER!” I thought to myself “what now?” Then the answer came, and my internal voice whispered, “If they can’t rationalize You MUST antagonize.” So, I did and asked why I should vote for Joe Biden.

It was beautiful. The head went back, rebounding with the look of rage and out came the words…
