I truly commend your efforts, however as a white progressive living in Georgia I had to listen to some of the most racist comments when Warnock was running. I heard all the white supremacist theories of the inferiority of African Americans, I heard the theory that all successes of African Americans were the injection of affirmitive action and white liberal guilt. And now, I have to listen to these very same people yell "Run Herschel Run!" in my face and somehow not see them as mentally deficient? This requires me and all humans bound by the laws of reality to do what? How do we rationalize this? I can't descend to a level to "see eye to eye" when the very people I have to connect with don't know where that is. I really am not trying to undermine your efforts but I feel like I am standing in the checkout line for hours behind a parent continually asking thier child which candy they want as the child manipulates the parent and we all waste our day.
